We main supply the products of plywood, film faced plywood, marine plywood, block board, MDF. The sizes are 1220MM * 2440MM and 1250MM * 2500MM .
The plywood: plywood using poplar, combined hardwood , Okoume, Obeecke, Bintangor, Birch etc. The types of glue are MR, WBP and Melamine.
The marine plywood: Face/ Back: We use two types of veneer thickness as face, 1.0mm and 1.2mm . Of course, we can supply the 1.0mm thickness face as your need; Glue: The glue is Dynea phnolic glue, for 72 boiling easily; Core: The imported okoume logs are produced into large good pieces veneer. And these large pieces veneer are used to produce the marine plywood.
The film faced plywood: The thickness is from 8 -40MM . The types of glue are MR, WBP and Melamine. The types of film are black film, brown film, Dynea film, yellow film and so on. The types of core are poplar, birch and other combi core. The introduce them as bellow.
1, Black film, poplar core
Size: 1220MM * 2440MM , 1250MM * 2500MM ; Thickness: 8 -40MM ; Glue: MR, WBP; Surface: black film, 240g / m2; Core: poplar; MC: 8-14% .
2, imported film
Size: 1220MM * 2440MM , 1250MM * 2500MM ; Thickness: 8 -40MM ; Glue: WBP; Surface: imported film, 120g / m2; Core: poplar, birch; MC: 8-14% .
3, anti-slip film-faced plywood
Size: 1220MM * 2440MM , 1250MM * 2500MM ; Thickness: 8 -40MM ; Glue: WBP; Surface: imported film, 165g / m2; Core: poplar, birch; MC: 8-14% .
Size tolerance:
Length: + / -3MM ; Width + / -3MM ; Thickness: + / -0.2 -0.6MM ; Diagonal: 3MM ; Frequency of use: 20-50 times; Compared with iron moulds: reused and constancy; Straightness: 0.8MM / M.
